attempt to address my own spirtual journey
and
the need to walk my talk. Dancing is a prayer
and the best prayers are
made for others. You dance to pray and to heal.
You do this so that others may
live. You do this inner journey so that you can
be the best human being you
can be. You do this to do your part in the
